This week, in honor of Black History Month, we’re going to kick off with Mudbound.  This hit out of last years Sundance film festival, a terrific period piece, takes a long hard look at racial inequality after the war…Staying on topic, we shift to Syria and the award winning Last Men in Aleppo.  And more Peace with our last movie of the week, a tip of the hat to our Health & Wellness showcase this quarter -  with Awake: The  Life of Yogananda – our first rockstar guru.
